Great service, varied menu ... even tarte flambee ... very tasty. Cozy atmosphere.

Nice staff, clean and delicious coffee, cake and ice cream! Atmosphere and environment also very good! Only the toilets are on the 2nd floor and you have to walk up a flight of stairs so it has to be easy to walk! You can also sit outside .. all great!

Last month I enjoyed the delicious coffee and nice service, in May / June I will definitely go back here when I am in the country 😊

We are absolute ice cream fans and eat ice cream in ice cream parlors with the children very, very, very often. Our vanilla spaghetti and the chocolate spaghetti didn't taste good at all. The ice cream tasted artificial for our taste and vanilla made a very over-colored Eundruck already when entering the ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, it somehow didn't taste soft vanilla ... but ..... can't describe it. We believe that it was industrial ice cream. The waitress was nice. Despite the winter time, the ice was not stale / not old.

I've always wanted to be here because of the diverse offer and the delicious ice cream. Another plus is the Waffelkarte. Big but inexpensive portion, very delicious. Atmosphere pleasant, outside due to the circumstances but rather tight. But one question: why did you abolish the stracciatella cup, which unfortunately is no longer on the menu and it was always delicious. Please take again! :-)

I was there with my family on Mother's Day and wanted to treat ourselves but that could have been saved. We went in, chose a table and first waited about 10 minutes until a waitress came. When we ordered our ice cream it took another 15 minutes until we got our ice cream which surprised us because the hallway was not very busy and there were 4 to 5 employees on site. Ice rather soft, Löfel could have been cleaner and partially damaged the glasses. When I wanted to pay, I mentioned an employee whom I considered to be an employee because he was with the staff all the time and it looked like he belonged to it and did not even say that I would like to pay. Irgenwann I have an employee addressed and the first referred me to the colleagues but then suddenly it was cashed. Not customer friendly, you can not recommend.

The ice cream is almost unacceptable and it should actually be forbidden to be called "ice cream", but "sorbet". The moment you get it, it's totally soft and within a few seconds you need a straw - sorry, but it does not work.

Yesterday I was there with my daughter and was honest after Stunned. We each ordered a sundae. When we got this I asked directly for the bill. However, the service did not accept my 50 € bill, they would not have enough change to be able to spend 41 €. Her colleagues could not help either. I asked for a solution, she said then I could ask the presence of customers, if they could change € 50🤔 because I was honestly very foolhardy before, the boss would be just out of the house. The good wife did not have any other ideas. To the question of whether I should eat now and then later cashed, she knew nothing to say (there were already some customers in the business, where you could take in 1 / 4h already 50 € to change ... ) In the end I went with my disappointed 6 year old daughter and left the ice. Wanted but could not pay .... because that such a well-visited ice cream parlor at 16:00 can not spend money on 50 ¬, I can not imagine the best will. For me it was the last time in this ice cream parlor, which was my favorite for a long time

Been there more than once as everything deserves at least a second chance. However, it is always the same result here. The coffee is always served lukewarm to cold and often you don't get very clean spoons ... The wait is long and is usually not very friendly.
